User Guide

1. Tour availability and schedule confirmation.

   Please send us an enquiry form, email or call us.
   If you have any questions regarding reservations, tours or any other matters please don't hesitate to contact us.

   

   24 hours Internet reservation / Add friends.

   Due to problems with atmospheric pressure you are not allowed to fly the same day that you have dived.
   If you arrive into Naha in the morning, there is a chance you can dive after. Please contact us to confirm.
   For customers taking the C card course there is self-study required before coming to Okinawa. Please contact us 10 day before you wish to take the course.

2. Reservations

   Please use our reservation form, email or call us to make a reservation.
   Reservations by email and Reservation form must be made 3 days prior to your desired tour date.
   Otherwise please call us to make a reservation.
   Please contact us 10 days before If you wish to take the C card course.

3. Reservation confirmation

   You will receive an email from our company confirming your reservation.
   If you would like to contact us after you’ve made your reservation to modify your booking or have an enquiry. Please notify us of your booking date and booking representatives name to ensure a smooth experience.
   If a cancellation is made 2 days prior to your tour after 7pm a 50% fee will be charged.
   If a cancellation is made the day before your tour after 7pm a 100% fee will be charged.
   If a change to your reservation is made the day before your tour date a fee of ￥2,000 per person will be charged. Please take caution with this.

4. The day before your reservation

   We will contact you the day before your tour around the evening time to confirm the meeting place and time. Please have the booking representatives mobile phone with you.

5. Payment

   Please pay for your tour after it has ended.
   For customers taking the C card course we ask you transfer a fee if 14,000 yen in advance for study materials.

6. Bank account transfer details.
